The Pakistan national cricket team has represented Pakistan at international level since 1952. It is under the control of PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board). PCB is a full member of ICC (International cricket council). In 1952, Pakistan was given Test status. In ODI ranking, Pakistan stands at number 2.

First ODI 

On February 11, 1973, Pakistan team played the 1st ODI against New Zealand at Lancaster Park, Christchurch.

First Test 

On October 18, 1952, the Pakistan team played the 1st Test against India at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.

First T20I 

On August 28, 2006, Pakistan team played 1st T20I against England at the Bristol County Ground, Bristol.
